We are now entering our second month of school and our Kindergarteners have been working really hard to fill their 100 Acts of Kindness hearts up. What are kindness hearts you ask? Well the for the first part of the school year the kids have been focusing on what it means to be kind. Instead of “what not to do” they are learning what they should be doing for others and themselves, and what it means to be kind without being asked. To earn a heart it can be anything from cleaning up without being asked to using kind words with friends. When all the hearts have been filled they will get to have a kindness party!! They are so close and are so excited to reach their goal. The next Theme will be “Taco’bout Greatness”
