Fees and Deposits

At Jenny Hart Early Education Center, we strive to keep our tuition and fee structure transparent and easy to understand. Below are our current policies regarding enrollment, deposits, and payments:

Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $200 per child is due upon enrollment. This fee secures your child’s placement in our program

Deposit
Upon enrollment, families are also required to provide a deposit equal to 50% of the monthly tuition rate for the chosen program.

The deposit is refundable with a 30-day written notice of withdrawal.

Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due on the 6th of each month and must be paid through our ACH system in Procare. Using our secure online system ensures timely and consistent payment processing.

Sibling Discount
We are pleased to offer a 10% sibling discount, which is applied to the lesser tuition rate when two or more children from the same family are enrolled.

Blue Alligators 2 years

Class size 17:3 Children do not need to be potty trained

5 Days: $1975

4 Days: $1700

3 Days: $1485

Pre-School 3-4 years

Class size 17:2 Children should be mostly potty trained for Brown Bears and fully potty trained for all other classes

5 Days: $1785

4 Days: $1575

3 Days: $1300

2 Days: $945

Kindergarten

Class size 18:2 (Full Day 8:45-3:00pm)

Tuition is based on enrollment not attendance, therefore we do not give tuition credit for missed days and/or school closures.

In order to receive return deposit a 30 day written notice of withdrawal must be given.

Our current school year calendar includes all holidays, closures, and early release dates. Please note that monthly tuition remains the same regardless of closures, illness, vacation, or extended absences. 

To ensure the continued quality of our program, an annual tuition increase is anticipated. Families should plan for a yearly adjustment at the start of each school year.
